Her work includes designing and managing programmes for organisations such as WHO, PAHO, national institutions, and Research4Life; building and formalising partnerships with publishers, open access initiatives, and other knowledge actors; and supporting local researchers and practitioners to tell their own stories. Blessing’s practice is grounded in inclusive, collaborative approaches and a commitment to amplifying voices from low‑resourced and minority‑language contexts. She also serves as an editorial board member, contributing her expertise to the review and development of scholarly work. Blessing holds a Master’s in Development Communication, a postgraduate qualification in Knowledge Management, and an Honours degree in Information Science.
